Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our platform and AI agents.

2. Opt-Out and Support

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our long code or shortcode. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, just sign up as you did the first time, or text "START" or "UNSTOP" and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. User Requirements

The SMS service is provided on an "as is" basis. Carriers (such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Prohibited Content (SHAFT)

You agree not to use the service to send any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or libelous. This includes, but is not limited to, content related to Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, or Tobacco (SHAFT).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aptare AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law
